The Catalyst Foundation

The Catalyst Foundation is committed to inspiring transformative change and reducing the impact of abuse and trauma in our community.

For students who are facing housing insecurity, health challenges, or other crises, Catalyst offers Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to help stabilize their situations and promote long-term wellness.

Through ICMS, students may receive support with:

• Securing stable housing and navigating related paperwork
• Connecting to medical, mental health, and substance abuse services
• Applying for benefits, maintaining care regimens, and accessing community resources
• Ongoing follow-ups, advocacy, and crisis intervention

Catalyst operates with a “whatever it takes” approach—working alongside clients to help them regain stability, dignity, and a pathway forward.
