High Desert Medical College (HDMC), a Legacy Education institution, is more than just a school. At HDMC, you become a part of the family from the time you walk in the front door. Many of our students are friends and family members of current and former HDMC students. We care about each other, and it shows in our community of support. Staff and instructors work closely with each student, getting to know them, their strengths, and their career goals. “Choosing the UT program with High Desert Medical College has been one of the best decisions I have made. I hadn’t been in school in over ten years, and I was very hesitant going back because I kept asking myself what if I fail? But I pushed all those negative thoughts aside and decided that I was going to try my best and give it my all not only for myself but for my two children as well. I want to be financially stable to provide for all their needs and wants on my own and in order to do that I knew I needed to go back to school and have a career instead of just a job. Also, I wanted to show my children that you can do anything you set your mind to, there is no limit, and it’s never too late! Lastly, a huge thank you to all my teachers that have helped me along the way, you all are the best.”
