Yes. HDMC provides placement assistance to eligible graduates, including help with resumes, interview preparation, locating job opportunities, and connecting with prospective employers. While employment is not guaranteed, our Career Services team continues to support graduates as they pursue opportunities in their field.
Career Services support begins while you’re still a student. For programs with an externship, the team helps prepare you for the experience and works to match you with an appropriate externship site. Career support continues during your externship and after graduation.
Not being hired by your externship site doesn’t mean your Career Services support ends. The team can continue assisting eligible graduates with job opportunities, resume updates, interview preparation, and other placement services as they pursue employment.
No. Externship requirements vary by program. Many HDMC programs include an externship or other real-world training experience, but you should review your specific program requirements in the current School Catalog or speak with an Admissions Representative for details.
