The Rescue Mission Alliance Antelope Valley

Antelope Valley is a volunteer-driven, faith-based, non-profit community outreach founded by John and Denise Perry in 2013. Our mission is to “Meet the Need.” We can’t do everything, but we must do something. At AVDC, we aim to meet the needs of the Antelope Valley and surrounding communities that do not reside near assisting resources. We are committed to helping resource the food-insecure and bring hope to all families in the Antelope Valley area.

Since the AV Dream Center started, we have been able to help families and individuals through our pantries on our SERVE Days.  We distribute groceries to thousands of food-insecure families each month. These groceries give families the ability to cook healthier, more balanced meals, and to supplement their budgets to allow for other bills to be paid, prescriptions to be picked up, and gas tanks to be filled.

By meeting the needs of thousands of families, we are bringing hope into their homes. This mission allows us to tackle some of life’s challenges and provide preventative and supportive care to those in dire need. Together we can make a difference, together we can “Meet the Need.”
